Welcome to studywise, a platform offering curated practice exams and study guides for professional licensing tests. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our site or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the studywise website at studywise.pro (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

studywise provides access to curated practice exams and study guides designed to help you prepare for professional licensing tests (“Services”).

2.1 Service Subscriptions

Subscription Services grant you access to an online library of practice exams and study materials for a recurring fee, as selected during sign-up.

3. Info Products

studywise offers digital study guides, e-books and other downloadable materials (“Info Products”). These are delivered electronically upon purchase.

4. Physical Goods

studywise may offer printed study guides or other merchandise (“Goods”) that will be shipped to your designated address.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on the Platform. Payments are processed through third-party service providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your purchases.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Subscription Services

Subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase by contacting us via our contact form. After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. Active subscriptions may be transferred to another user upon written request to support, provided the transfer is completed before the subscription expires.

6.2 Info Products

All digital products are non-refundable due to immediate delivery upon purchase. This policy protects the integrity of our proprietary materials. If you experience technical issues accessing an Info Product, please contact us for assistance.

6.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused Goods within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Defective items may be exchanged upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and study materials, is the property of studywise or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, studywise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
